2011 INDUCTEE SETH PETERSEN
Mr. Bike BMX Team Member
Seth Petersen was a member of the Mr. Bike BMX Race Team from Lincoln, Nebraska. He was a pioneer in the sport during the early days of Bicycle Motocross Racing. He raced at the first BMX track in Nebraska – Yankee Hill BMX under the National Bicycle Association (NBA) sanction. As one of the younger riders in Nebraska during the 1970’s, Seth was at the front of the pack in every local, regional and national event he attended. Along with his father Martin the Petersen’s volunteered countless hours helping out at Nebraska tracks and transporting riders to races throughout the Midwest. Seth Petersen was inducted into the Nebraska BMX Hall of Fame on August 27th, 2011.
